Salted Egg Yolks 6

Chilli Paste 1 tablespoon(s)

Oyster Sauce 1 tablespoon(s)

Unsweetened Condensed Milk 100 ml.

Oil 1 tablespoon(s)

Finely chopped Coriander Root, Garlic and Black Pepper 1 tablespoon(s)

Diced Onion 1/2 Bulb

Minced Pork 150 grams

Coconut Palm Sugar 2 teaspoon(s)

Green Bell Pepper 25 grams

Red Bell Pepper 25 grams

Seasoning Sauce 1 teaspoon(s)

Fish Sauce 1 teaspoon(s)

Jasmine Rice 200 grams

Sliced Spring Onion 1

1. Add salted eggs, chilli paste, oyster sauce and unsweetened condensed Milk. Mix together well.

2. Place oil in a frying pan, add finely chopped coriander root, garlic and black pepper, fry until fragrant. Add diced onion, fry until cooked.

3. Add minced pork and fry until cooked. Add salted egg sauce, season with coconut palm sugar, add green or red bell pepper, seasoning sauce and fish sauce.

4. Add jasmine rice and fry until all mixed well. Sprinkle with sliced spring onion.
