- Tapioca Flour 2 teaspoon(s)
- Sugar 2 tablespoon(s)
- Salt 1/2 teaspoon(s)
- Coconut Milk 1 1/2 cup(s)
- Pandan
The shell
- Thai jasmine rice 1/2 cup(s)
- Rice Flour 1 1/2 cup(s)
- Sugar 2 tablespoon(s)
- Salt 1/2 teaspoon(s)
- Lime water 1/2 cups
- Coconut Milk 1 1/4 cup(s)
- Sweet Corn
- Spring Onion
- Steamed Taro
1. Heat rice flour, tapioca flour, sugar, salt and coconut milk. Mix together, add pandan. Set aside.
2. Add cooked Thai jasmine rice, rice flour, sugar, salt, coconut milk and lime water in a blender. Blend until fine.
3. Pour the blended batter into the thinly greased pan holes. Close the lid for 2 minutes.
4. Pour the custard batter, close the lid for 2 minutes. Sprinkle per desired.
