Fried Basil Leaves with Shrimp
Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon(s)
Chopped Garlic 1 tablespoon(s)
Sliced Thai Hot Pepper 1 tablespoon(s)
Shrimp 200 gram(s)
Oyster Sauce 1 tablespoon(s)
Fish Sauce 1 tablespoon(s)
Soy Sauce 2 teaspoon(s)
Sugar 1 tablespoon(s)
Basil Leaves
1. Stir fry garlic and Thai hot pepper with oil until fragrant.
2. Add shrimp. When it’s cooked, season with oyster sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar and basil leaves. Keep stir frying just awhile, then set aside.
3. Deep fry dry basil leaves.
4. Serve with Royal Umbrella Hug-Phayao Rice.
