Boiled Pickled Fish Sauce 1 tablespoon(s)

Vietnamese Chicken Sausage 50 grams

Sliced Shallot 1 tablespoon(s)

1. Finely chopped streamed mackerel meat.

2. Mix well in breadcrumbs.

2. Fry until golden and crispy.

4. Boil rice noodles until softened. Set aside.

5. Make spicy sauce by adding sugar, ground chili pepper, fish sauce, Boiled Pickled Fish Sauce. Stir until blended well. Add prepared rice noodles and all ingrediants. Mix well.
